Complaint Mechanism

We offer you a complaint mechanism on an operative scale. We are all ears to your critical questions, doubts, complaints and trepidations. We make sure that all reported cases will be processed. We are dedicated to a feasible solution implemented by the responsible entity.

We encourage and promote the open dialogue with all our business partner to develop a mutual understanding for related topics and ensure a meaningful exchange of ideas. We network to offer additional value to society. Working together, we seek to reduce negative reciprocation and strengthen the positive effects. One major element of this complaint mechanism is the Works Council at the German plants, the consulting hours offered by the site managers, the Management Team, the Compliance Officer and/or our Data Protection Officer who take matters of compliance into their hands.
